Luke Grenfell-Shaw is cycling from Bristol to Beijing on a tandem. He talks to us and tells us why he’s taken on such a challenge!
 
Luke is now in the Netherlands after having cycled more than 2,300kms, completing the first leg of his journey and starting the next leg of his trek towards Istanbul. He has made more than 22 stops to spread the CanLive message, spoken to in-person audiences totaling more than 2,500, cycled on the tandem with 25 CanLivers, and raised more than £30,000 for charity.

Kevin Spreitz (Business Administration, Ustinov College, 2002-04) has expanded his photography gallery in Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico. 

Lisa Firth (English Literature, Collingwood College, 2000-03) has been shortlisted for the Romantic Novelists’ Association’s Romantic Comedy Novel of the Year Award 2020 with her book A Question of Us, written as Mary Jayne Baker. Her second novel as Lisa Swift – The School of Starting Over – will be published on 11 March.

Peter Massam (French, College of St Hild and St Bede, 1976-80) has published his first collection of Sketch Poems.

Keith Mccoy (Business Administration, Van Mildert College, 2017-19) has written a dark comedy novel Hello Larry Barry.

Donny Thomas (Business Administration, Ustinov College, 2007-2009) in the new Microsoft AI video on how Forus Health is using AI to prevent blindness.
