I am relatively new to Gloucester, but I was a volunteer in Exeter helping to organise several events including coffee gatherings and watching a DU Rugby (DURFC) Away game. I am keen to organise events, meet and network with fellow Durham alumni and to chat about all things palatinate!
What was the most valuable lesson you learnt whilst at Durham?Management of others, training/teaching techniques and juggling my time. Ensuring that you get involved to try new activities and meet great people.
What are your fondest memories of Durham?Several impressive winter solstice balls at Collingwood, inter-MCR formals and countless theatre productions
What inspired you to sign up as an alumni volunteer?I missed Durham, so chatting to people about their fond memories was a great way to reminisce and give my time to the community.
