Please join us for a special event with author, editor, broadcaster and Durham University supporter Tina Brown CBE.
Each year we meet in New York for a celebratory event bringing together our alumni, supporters and friends. This year, we are delighted to be joined by our keynote speaker, award-winning editor and author Tina Brown CBE. In a fireside chat over breakfast, Tina will discuss her impressive career in journalism, including her time as Editor-in-Chief of Tatler and Vanity Fair, and her recent book, The Palace Papers. She will also share her motivations in collaborating with Durham University and Thomson Reuters to establish a fund in memory of her late husband, pioneering journalist and Durham alumnus Sir Harold Evans.
This Fireside Chat will be hosted by Author and President and CEO of the Lincoln Center Henry Timms with a warm welcome from Katie Harland-Edminson, Acting Director of Development & Alumni Relations.
We are delighted to be joined by our new Chancellor, Dr Fiona Hill as a guest of the event.
