The annual Chapel Choir Reunion will be held in College over the weekend of 16 and 17 February 2019.  It will be an opportunity to meet friends and singers from the Choir, past and present, as well as perform in one of the finest religious buildings in the country: the weekend will culminate in Matins and Eucharist in Durham Cathedral. The Master, Professor Ann MacLarnon, and the Chaplain, Professor Anthony Bash, are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to Hatfield.

7.30 pm      Dinner in the Dining Hall

Sunday, 17 February
9.00 am       Rehearsal in Durham Cathedral
10.00 am     Matins in Durham Cathedral

If you have any questions about the music, please contact the Director of Music, Matthew McCullogh.

To help us anticipate how many people to expect and if you would like to attend the Chapel Choir reunion, please register your attendance through Event Durham. If you are able to come, please let Matthew McCullough (matthew.mccullough@durham.ac.uk) know which part you wish to sing.

The dinner will be held on the Saturday evening in College. Guests are very welcome indeed, both at the dinner and in the congregations, and the cost per person for the dinner is £25.00.  The dress code is smart attire. Bookings may be made online via Event Durham.  Following the dinner you are invited to continue to the renovated Jevons building for post-dinner drinks.  This is a great opportunity to see ‘The Burt Room’, the newly opened social space and bar for College.
