We hope you have all enjoyed the first three workouts of our Challenge. If you haven’t had a chance to tackle Monday’s challenge yet, you have until 23:59 on Sunday 24 January to submit your score. There are a number of scaling options for that workout available on the website here. There should be options to suit everyone regardless of ability, but if you are still stuck make sure you drop us a line and we’ll be happy to help find a way to make these workouts accessible to everyone.Week 2 – CardioThis week, we challenge you to complete a *3k, 5k or 10k run, cycle, walk, roll, row, step, swim, etc.
