This webinar explores the ingredients and approaches to making strategic decisions in uncertain times.  It draws on the fields of agile strategy and contemporary leadership.   The webinar is designed to give Business School alumni practical insight and ideas around how to contribute further to the effective strategic leadership of their organisations.

Professor Simon Haslam is a Chartered Director and programme lead for strategy at the Institute of Directors and a strategy consultant. He works internationally with senior leadership teams across a range of organisations. Dr. Haslam completed his MBA at Durham in 1992 and now leads on Business School MBA modules on Strategic Management and Management Consultancy. His book 'Strategic Decision Making: A discovery-led approach to critical choices in turbulent times' (co-written with Dr Ben Shenoy) was published in 2018 by Kogan Page.
