Guidelines for Participating in Online Fitness Challenges

For this week's cardio we are beginning to build on some of the foundations we laid in week 1, where we saw how far we could get in 30 minutes. This week we're asking you to go a little longer.

After you’ve warmed up and you are ready to start, set your Strava app away, start moving, and see how far you can get in 45mins.
All the usual options are available to you: run, walk, cycle, roll, row, etc.
Don’t forget to keep an eye on your time and note your distance when you've reached 45 mins.

Remember to warm-up, exercise within your ability and follow your local social distancing guidelines.
