Week 4 – Cardio
This week, we are going to build on the time challenge from week 2 and invite you to complete a *3k, 5k, 10k or 15k run, cycle, walk, roll, row, step, swim, etc. We have added an extra distance this week and would encourage all of you to select the next distance up from the one you did 2 weeks ago.

Check out Durham University Alumni & Friends group on Strava, and register to participate in the Feisty 50 Week 4 - 3/5/10/15k Time Challenge (run) or Feisty 50 Week 4 - 3/5/10/15k Time Challenge (cycle).
After you’ve warmed up and you are ready to start, set your Strava app away, start moving, and see how long it takes you to cover 3k, 5k, 10, or 15k (you only have to pick one distance).
Don’t forget to keep an eye on your distance.

Remember to exercise within your ability and follow your local social distancing guidelines
Other Options
*Like in Week 2, if 3k is too far for your current ability, why not try a 1k? You could also repeat last week’s workout by setting off and seeing how far you can get in 45mins.
