After you’ve warmed up and you are ready to start, set your Strava app away, start moving, and see how far you can get in 30 mins.
All the usual options are available to you: run, walk, cycle, roll, row, etc.
Don’t forget to keep an eye on your time and note your distance when you've reached 30 mins.

Remember to warm-up, exercise within your ability and follow your local social distancing guidelines.
